All orders ship within 3-5 business days after processing (not including holidays or weekends).
When you first place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please be advised some items ship directly from a third-party vendor.
– If you order additional items from our 3rd party vendor, your products will ship separately.
– You will receive tracking info for each package.
Return/exchange policy
We regret to inform you that we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct items.
However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly via email at [email protected]. Request for item replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery date shown on tracking information.

Kindly include (2) clear photos of the unopened incorrect item, first and last name, shipping address, and order number. After review and approval, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and the correct item will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct items.
Damaged Products
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage to items that occurred during shipment.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. For USPS please contact them directly. If the carrier is UPS please email us at [email protected] with the tracking information along with your name address, email, and phone number and we will fill out a claim on the behalf of the customer. Once we file the claim we wait for the carrier to investigate and locate the package. This process may take up to 30 days from the original shipment date and we can not refund or reship packages until 30 days from the claim.

Do you ship internationally?
No not at this time.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes.
